Mid Century Broyhill Emphasis Hutch -- Very Good Condition in Burkburnett, Texas For Sale

For sale is the classic and very desirable two-piece Broyhill Emphasis hutch.
This 2 piece hutch is dark walnut wood, and the grain is beautiful. The bottom credenza piece has 3 drawers and 2 cupboards on each side. Each cupboard has a shelf. The top piece has 2 shelves, each shelf has a plate rail for displaying china.

Overall Dimensions: 76-3/4" t x 56" w x 17" d
Top: 48-3/4" t x 53-1/4" w x 13" d
Credenza: 27-3/4" t x 56" w x 17" d
Credenza Cabinets: 16-1/2" t, Shelves 8-3/4" t
Drawers: 4" t x 23-1/8" w x 13-1/4" d
Top Piece Shelves: 15-1/2" t and 31-1/4" t
The hutch is in very condition. On close inspection there are the expected slight wear and tear scratches, but none are deep. The Broyhill sticker was removed at some point, and the reside remains. No ring marks on the wood surfaces. The fill hiding one of the nail Broyhill utilized to keep the outside doors in place has come apart. See picture. This is an easy fix. Any flaws are superficial, the hutch was well cared for and shows no abuse. This hutch comes from a smoke free home. It is clean and ready to use.
